01 · Space

An office with the spirit of
&PLACE!

The coworking space occupies 1,350 m² at Melnik Business Center, 7 Professora Kachalova Street. It accommodates nearly 300 workstations, with private offices alongside meeting rooms, a kitchen, and shared spaces.

In the interior, we continued the &PLACE! identity developed for the chain. Its colors and graphics connect different rooms, balancing business and creative atmospheres.

02 · Work areas

Your team.
Your office.

Offices accommodate teams of 1 to 10 people. Glass partitions separate workspaces from shared areas while preserving daylight and long views along the windows.

Wood, concrete, and exposed services form the interior's foundation. Color highlights individual spaces, from a blue relief wall to the bright orange end of an office.

03 · Meetings

Around a shared table.
And for two.

Meeting spaces come in different sizes. The enclosed meeting room has a large table, screen, and upholstered chairs. A small nook with a table and two seats supports a quick conversation.

A smaller scale brings the conversation closer

A built-in alcove creates a place for two to talk right beside the offices. Its round opening, upholstered seating, and local lighting make an intimate space.

04 · Shared spaces

Between tasks.

Shared areas offer places to work outside the office, meet colleagues, or take a break. Groups of chairs, sofas, and small tables are distributed throughout the common space.

The kitchen becomes another place to connect. Color, glass blocks, and the exposed ceiling structure tie it to the rest of the interior.
